I was missing the brownies I used to bake (at least once a week) when I was a kid when I created this recipe.
I have replaced all the “not really healthy” or “non-vegan” ingredients but kept the same recipe.
I didn’t really care about the gluten. But if you are gluten-free you just have to choose a gluten free flour 🙂
- 100gr of coconut oil
- 200gr of vegan unsweetened and 100% cocoa dark chocolate
- 100gr of coconut sugar
- 3 unfrozen ripped/brown bananas
- 1 tea spoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2/3 spoons of flour
- a few raspberries
Put every ingredient one per one in this order in a pot over a low heat, keep the paste homogeneous.
Put your brownies in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 F degrees
